How do I enroll after paying?

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Psychwire. It includes an “Enrollments” button - click the link to log in and complete your enrollment or assign the enrollment to someone else.


Can I enroll someone else after I pay?

Yes! If you’re buying for someone else, you’ll be able to assign the enrollment after payment. You’ll be prompted to enter their details to send an invitation. We'll guide your colleague through the rest of the enrollment process.


What if I didn't enroll after I purchased?

Don’t worry - your confirmation email includes a link to enroll and you can return to it anytime. If you lose the email, just contact our team and we’ll resend it.

I just paid - why am I not enrolled in the course yet?

After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to complete your enrollment. Simply follow that link, log in (or create an account), and your course access will be activated.

You can also check 'My Dashboard' to see if you are enrolled in your course.

Do I have to create an account to enroll?

Yes! If you don't already have a Psychwire account, you will need to create one to enroll. You will also use this account to log into 'My Dashboard' and access your course.
