How do I log into my course?

  1. The login button is located at the top right hand corner of the page.

  2. Log in using the email you used at the time of enrollment or purchase. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here: https://psychwire.com/forgot-password.

  3. Click on "My Dashboard" to see your available course/s.

We will send you a welcome email when your course starts. This email contains information on how to get started as well as what to expect in the coming weeks. If you are unable to locate your welcome email, please check your junk/spam folder, as it may have been redirected there.

Please note, your Psychwire account is linked to the email address used at the time of purchase or enrollment. If you are unsure of the email address linked to your Psychwire account, please contact our customer support team. We will ask you to provide either your order reference number or invoice number. Why are there no courses in My Dashboard?

If you have logged into your Psychwire account and there are no courses displayed in "My Dashboard," please check the following: 

Have you enrolled in your course?

Don't forget that you have to enroll! You will have been sent an email with information with a link to complete your enrollment. Please check all promotion folders to make sure this email hasn't been redirected there.

Are you using the same email address when you enrolled in your course?

Your course access is linked to the account used when you purchased or enrolled in your course. If you have logged into your Psychwire account using a different email address, please log out and log in again with the same email address used when registering.

Has your course access ended?

Our Intake Courses run for a period of 4 – 8 weeks, depending on the course, but there is an additional period where the entire course is available for review. The course card in 'My Dashboard' will keep you up to date with how much time you have available.

I have forgotten my password

I haven’t received an email regarding the start of my course

At midnight PST/PDT on the course commencement date, you will receive a Welcome email with information on how to get started and what to expect in the coming weeks. If you are unable to locate your Welcome email, please check your spam/junk folder as it might have been redirected there.

Once your course is available, you can log into "My Dashboard" at any time to access.
