What’s your refund and cancellation policy?

If you’re unsatisfied or you’re unable to complete the course, we’re able to provide a full refund, providing you let us know within seven days of the course beginning. After this time, if you’re unsatisfied, please contact the customer service team and we’ll work with you directly to resolve your issue. If you’re facing serious difficulties outside your control, please contact our customer service team. Although we can’t give you a refund after seven days, we can discuss with you the possibility of deferring to a future course date. If Psychwire Australia PTY LTD has to delay the start date of a course, all registrants will be notified by email and you’ll be given an opportunity to request a refund. If a course is cancelled, participants will be notified by email and full refunds will be given. Can I enroll if course has already started?

Registrations will stay open for one week after the course has started. Courses launch throughout the year so if you’ve missed the first week, you can register for the next course offering. Check out our webpage for up to date information about course start dates psychwire.com

Why was I charged a foreign transaction fee?

Psychwire Pty Limited is located in Australia where we produce and distribute the online courses and for this reason, your transaction has been processed in Australia. A foreign transaction fee may have been charged by your issuing bank for this reason. Unfortunately we cannot provide any details on the amount of the fee and whether it will be applied as this fee is NOT charged by Psychwire . The vast majority of our international sales have not incurred a fee at all, with a very small percentage receiving a minor charge. Psychwire Pty Ltd does not hold responsibility for this charge and if you are charged a foreign transaction fee, please contact your bank directly.

What is CE/CME Credit

The United States of America and Canada require health professionals to accrue CE/CME (Continuing Education) credits in order to maintain their licenses or registrations. These credits are gained through approved educational activities which serve to develop professional knowledge and performance. CE/CME Credit certificates are submitted to licensing guilds within the U.S.A. and Canada.

What are the requirements for CE/CME credits?

The EFT: Attachment Science in Practice course can earn 16 CE/CME credit hours providing the following requirements have been met: 1. An overall quiz score of at least 80%. Quiz questions from the entire course are included in this overall total. The pre-test quizzes are practice only and are not included in your overall total. You must answer the question correctly within three attempts. 2. The course must be completed in full. 3. Payment of a non-refundable $20 USD processing fee paid before the completion of your course. 4. Submission of post-course evaluation form. Payment must be made before your course finishes.

How are the CE/CME credits calculated?

One CE/CME credit is awarded for each 60-minute contact hour.

Instructions for Obtaining CE/CME Credit

If you wish to earn CE/CME credit for our EFT courses, please follow these steps: 1. Register for the course at https://psychwire.com/sue-johnson 2. Upon checkout, select the option to purchase CE/CME credits. * 3. Once the course becomes available, watch and/or read the course materials. 4. Course content must be viewed in the order presented. You can go back to review previously completed content, but you can not "jump ahead". 5. Answer the weekly quiz questions (see " Quiz Questions and Score Calculation " for important information). 6. Complete and submit the post-course evaluation form that will be available at the end of the final week. ** 7. Upon submitting the post-course evaluation form, you will be returned to the course: Click on the button to officially finish the course. 8. Quiz Questions and Score Calculation

An overall quiz score of 75% or higher is required in order to receive CE/CME credits. Where are the quiz questions located? Quiz questions are located at the end of each week of the EFT: Attachment Science in Practice Quiz questions are located after most modules of the EFT: Attachment Science in Practice What is the format of the questions? Most questions are multiple choice, some are true/false. How many questions are there? 87 Quiz Questions in EFT: Attachment Science in Practice Do all of the questions count toward my score? Yes. All quiz questions are counted toward your score. What happens if I answer a multiple choice question incorrectly? If you miss a multiple choice question, you will immediately have two more opportunities to answer the question correctly. If you answer correctly on your second or third attempts, then you will receive credit for the question. If you answer incorrectly on your third attempt, you will not receive credit for the question. What happens if I answer a true/false question incorrectly? The question will be marked as incorrect and you will not have an opportunity to try again. Can I take a make-up exam if I don't pass? Unfortunately, no. We do not allow make-up exams. If you miss a multiple choice question on the first attempt, you will need to answer correctly on the second attempt in order to receive credit. How is my final score calculated? The number of correct/credited answers will be divided by the total number of quiz questions, and the result will be your final score. Example: A course has 70 questions. You answered 15 of them incorrectly, which leaves 55 that you can receive credit for. Divide 55 by 70 and the result is 76%. Therefore, your overall quiz score is 76%.

How do I access the online forum?

Click on the "Forum" button and you'll be taken to the forum where you can ask questions or make a comment. The idea is, you study the materials and interact via the forum. Trainers will reply to questions or add to discussions via posts to the forum.

How long are the discussions on the online forum available to refer to?

You can view all discussions that take place on the online forum for the duration of the course. The trainers will be active in the Forum while the course content is being released but will be unavailable once the 4 week grace period begins. You can still review any of the comments and questions in the grace period, you just can't post anything new.

When can I catch the trainers online?

There is no fixed time that the trainers will be “live” online but you will find them active at least four or five times a week, sometimes as often as two or three times in a day.

How do I use the library?

Click on the "Library" button to access course material you can download. The content you can access will grow as each new week is released to you.

How do I know who is a trainer?

Trainers can be identified easily as beside their name you will see "Trainer" displayed in grey. They are also displayed on the right hand side of the Forum, under "Meet the team" with a Profile photo. You can click on any trainer and see their Profile information including a detailed bio.

How do I create or edit My Profile?

Click on "My Dashboard" in the top right of your screen and select “My Profile” from the drop down menu. To edit your name or Profile photo, click on the “Edit” button in grey letters on your screen. Please start by refreshing your browser as that often sorts things out. But if that doesn't work it may be that the course is not compatible with your browser so we recommend you try the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer. Are there any internet browsers I can't use?

Unfortunately the courses are currently not compatible with Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9. Please use an alternative browser - we highly recommend using the Chrome browser.

Psychwire's Signature Courses run on an intake basis, each course commences on a specific day at midnight PST. The course commencement date can be found on the course purchase page as well as your receipt of purchase. Are you using the same email address that you registered for the course with?
